In addition to a lengthy finance career, I have an education in coaching, emotional intelligence, and consulting. During my career with USAA and Invesco, Ltd., I led product development teams in multiple regions, giving me extensive experience managing, coaching, leading, and researching.
My love for relationship evolved from leading internal employee programs for altruism, mentoring, and women's career growth. This experience grew into coaching clients from varied backgrounds seeking to optimize their performance and organizations looking to maximize employee potential.
